Ur is a merchant who sells the player access to the Sewer Barn and withergate related animals. It is suspected that Ur is part of the underground black market, that Tony is also apart of.
Ur wears a purple cloak, and brown clothing. Their face appears to be covered by white wrappings.

Ur currently has only one schedule that they follow, regardless if it is sunny or rainy.
