Chester is a resident of Withergate, and owner of the carnivals' chance game. The carnival is where the player can spend tickets to earn a currency specific to the carnival called red carnival tickets. The player can turn in the carnival tickets for unique prizes.
Chester is a purple cat-like creature with a mischievous smile.

Chester currently has only one schedule that they follow, regardless if it is sunny or rainy.
