Toa is the official currency converter who stands in the treasury room of the Brinestone Mansion, he will exchange coins, orbs, and tickets for doubloons.
Toa has primarily orange skin, but the tips of his claws and his shell are a golden color. He has some purple seaweed sticking out from his shell.
