:"Emmett? No, I'm Flemmett."
:"I work here and there around the city. It ain't always easy, but it brings in the tickets."
Flemmett is Withergate's version of Emmett, although Flemmett doesn't have nearly as many jobs as Emmett does. Flemmett is the landlord of the Withergate apartments and runs the city's general store. He is a pretty sarcastic individual, he really just wants to do his job and not be bothered by others.
Flemmett has green skin, and several snakes as hair. He wears a black baseball cap and dark shirt.
Schedule
Flemmett currently has only one schedule that they follow, regardless if it is sunny or rainy.

Trivia
- Flemmett tells the player not to stare too much because the snakes get restless and it makes his head itch.
