Cooking

Cooking is part of the crafting available to players and used to process various ingredients into a variety of different dishes using one of the crafting stations associated with cooking. Not only can players recover more health and mana with cooked foods, but they can also improve their relationships with romanceable characters when gifting certain foods to certain people.

Leftovers can be created alongside a food recipe with associated skill. They cannot be eaten, but can be gifted, or sold for half value.

Unlocking Recipes

Many of the cooking workbench begin with many cooking recipes that the player can cook right away. The player can earn additional cooking recipes by gaining farming levels, when the player hits a given level in the farming skill, the recipe will automatically be available for the player at the appropriate cooking workbench. The player can also spend skill points in the farming skill tree into skills that will provide the player with additional recipes that can only be unlocked from that specific skill. The beginners, advanced, and adventurer's cookbook skills each give the player up to fifteen recipes each.
