Seasonal Crop Effects

Seasonal crop effects are dynamic elements incorporated into Sun Haven, introducing challenges and interactions that require players to be more attentive to their farms. These effects manifest as environmental phenomena affecting the player's crops, necessitating specific tools or actions to mitigate their impact. Seasonal crop effects add depth, requiring players to adapt their tactics and employ the appropriate tools to overcome nature's challenges.

Seasonal totems are structures that players can deploy in farming games to mitigate the occurrence of seasonal crop effects. While they don't completely eliminate the effects, they significantly reduce the likelihood of them occurring, providing players with a strategic tool to safeguard their harvest. While totems offer a degree of protection, they do not provide complete immunity to seasonal crop effects. Players must still remain proactive in managing their crops and addressing any residual effects that may occur. Players should position totems near their crops to create a protective aura within a five tile radius.

The player can turn off seasonal crop effects in the options.

Solution: Players must utilize a pickaxe to break through the ice and free their crops from its grasp. Timely intervention is crucial to prevent prolonged exposure to freezing conditions, which can result in delayed growth of that crop.
