Crafting

Crafting is the process of combining ingredients together at a workbench to create new items. It is one of the player's primary means of creating food, armor, weapons and tools. Which makes it crucial for game progress. Crafting at workbenches is going to be the primary way the player receives many of the items in the game. While some items can also be bought, its generally more expensive for the player.

Crafting is done through one of the many different workbenches the player has access to. When the player walks up a specific workbench and interacts with it, it will give the player a list of all known craft-able items that are available to the player. The player is able to filter on items they only have ingredients for, or search for a specific item from this menu. Some recipes are unlocked by investing skill points in specific skills of the different skill trees. While other recipes are unlocked passively by leveling up the different skills themselves.

The player is able to automatically pull items from chests, into workbenches when the chest is on the same screen as the player. If the chest is in a building, the player must also be trying to craft in that building. If the player is on their farm, the chest must also be on their farm and not inside of a different building (or on a different farm).

Some workbenches have regional variants, which allow the player to craft some of the same items and some items unique to that region's workbench.

Workbenches for Crafting

Crafting Table		The crafting table gives the player the ability to craft the other workbenches and wood based items, along with pathways and house upgrades. The player is given a crafting table at the start of the game, if they loose, sell, or delete it they can purchase another from the Sun Haven general store.
		The Nel'Vari farm has its own elven crafting table, which gives the player the ability to craft elven versions of some of the other workbenches. Similar to the crafting table, the elven crafting table is given to the player when they first receive their Nel'Vari farm. If the player looses, sells, deletes, or is on a legacy character from prior to patch 0.8 - they can purchase another from the Nel'Vari general store.
		The Withergate farm has its own monster crafting table, which gives the player the ability to craft monster versions of some of the other workbenches. Similar to the crafting table, the monster crafting table is given to the player when they first receive their Withergate farm, before playing off their apartment. If the player looses, sells, deletes, or is on a legacy character from prior to patch 0.8 - they can purchase another from the Withergate general store.
Anvil		Like the majority of the workbenches, the Anvil is crafted at the crafting table, and is used to primarily craft metal items from ore smelted into bars. Players can craft armor, keys, tools, weapons, and more at the anvil. Skill and mana tomes are also crafted at the anvil, each day the materials required to craft these items will change.
		This anvil does not craft sets of armor, only tools that are particularly useful in the Nel'Vari region.

Furnace		Players use the furnace to smelt ore from the Sun Haven mine into bars used for crafting. The player is also able to make coal from wood, then turn the coal into fire crystals.
		The Nel'Vari variant is the Elven Furnace, which allows smelting of ore from the Nel'Vari mine into bars used for crafting the Nel'Vari specific tools. The player is also able to create coal and fire crystals from this furnace type too.
		Monster Furnace is the Withergate version, which allows smelting of ore from the Withergate mine into bars used for crafting the Withergate specific tools. The player is also able to create coal and fire crystals from this furnace type too.
Loom		The player is able to spin silk into fabric, fishing nets, gloves, and more at the loom.
		The player is able to spin regional silk into regional fabric, gloves, and consumer goods at the Elven Loom.
		The player is able to spin regional silk into regional fabric, gloves, and consumer goods at the Monster Loom.
Furniture Table		The Furniture Table allows the player to craft various types of furniture. These items often are less expensive to craft than to buy at the local general store.
Advanced Furniture Table		The Advanced Furniture Table allows the player to craft additional types of furniture. These items often are less expensive to craft than to buy at the local general store.
Alchemy Table		The Alchemy Table is used for potion crafting, crystal crafting, and allows the player to transmute their lower quality metal bars into higher ones!
Jeweler's Desk		The Jeweler's Desk allows players to make rings and amulets. To obtain this the player will need to place at least 15 points into the Mining skill and unlock the Jewel Crafter skill.
Farmer's Table		The Farmer's Table allows the players to craft scarecrows, totems, animal food, and even some weapons.
Construction Table		The Construction Table has the tools needed for building barns, coops, sheds, and upgrading the players house.
Glorite Mining Machine		The Glorite Mining Machine extracts mana energy from the earth and condenses it into crystals.
Mana Infuser Table		The Mana Infuser Table allows the player to craft potions from Nel'Vari Fish.
Mana Siphoner		The Mana Siphoner draws mana energy from the earth and condenses it into mana orbs.
Nursery Crafting Table		The Nursery Crafting Table has everything a new parent needs for raising a child.
Painter's Easel		The Painter's Easel is used to create additional decorations for the players house.
Recycling Machine		The Recycling Machine turns the trash found around Withergate into useful items.
Ticket Counterfeiter		The Ticket Counterfeiter produces various types of tickets.
Tile Maker		The Tile Maker allows the player to create tiles to place on the ground of their farm.
Composter		The Composter turns compost into fertilizer, worms into bait.
		The Mana Composter turns elven compost into fertilizer, magic worms into bait.
		The Monster Composter turns monster compost into fertilizer, worms into bait.
Seed Maker		The Seed Maker turns Sun Haven Crops into their respective seeds.
		The Elven Seed Maker turns Nel'Vari Crops into their respective seeds.
		The Monster Seed Maker turns Withergate Crops into their respective seeds.

Workbenches for Cooking

Cooking Pot		Foods can be crafted at a cooking pot. It can be placed anywhere on the farm, indoors or outdoors.
Oven		The Oven allows for more advanced than a basic cooking pot, turning the crops they grow into cakes and desserts.
Baker's Station		The Baker's Station gives the player access to make flours, animal food, spices and other ingredients for advanced cooking recipes.
Juicer		Mix harvested fruits and vegetables in the Juicer to produce drinks that restore the player's health and mana.
		Use the Elven Juicer to produce drinks from Nel'Vari Crops.
		Use the Monster Juicer to produce drinks from Withergate Crops.
Sushi Table		The Sushi Table is used to cook various Sun Haven Fish into delicious meals.
		The Monster Sushi Table is used to cook various Withergate Fish into delicious meals.
Tea Kettle		The Tea Kettle is used to make various drinks from Nel'Vari Crops
Soda Machine		The Soda Machine is used to create drinks from various Withergate Crops
Seltzer Keg		The Seltzer Keg is used to make various drinks from Sun Haven Crops
Ice Cream Cart		The player can make all kinds of strange, questionable flavored, ice creams with the Ice Cream Cart.
Fish Grill		The player can cook the fish they catch into delicious meals.
Jam Maker		The Jam Maker turns fruit, sugar, and other ingredients into tasty jams that grant the player experience towards skills.
Bee Box		While not a typical workbench, the Bee Box produces honey automatically after three (3) days when surrounded by twelve (12) mature flowers. Honey is used to make some food items.
