The selling price of the ruby is also influenced by the Precious Stones Skill which increases the selling price by 15/30/45 % depending on the amount of skill points allocated to it.

Lastly the Crystal Essence Skill allows for the restoration of mana when breaking a gem node (and thus includes rubies) by 4 / 6 / 8 points.
