This page lists the dates and events the player has with Nathaniel. Each event will be available to the player for one in game hour. If the player misses one of the events they cannot re-do them.

Hangout Event

This event triggers from the cycle 7 dialogue. Nathaniel will ask the player to show up at the barracks the following day at 12pm.

:	I love this bridge. It's an architectural marvel, really. Without it, Sun Haven would be completely doomed with no way for merchants to enter the city. Sorry, am I talking too much about the bridge?
Player:	It's okay, I don't mind.
:	No, I don't want to bore you. Let's talk about something interesting, like... crossbows?
Player:		Crossbows... are great!
:			Oh, you're just being nice! You can tell me if I'm ruining the date already. Besides, I've never been a fan of crossbows.
Player:		Crossbows? Really? -1 Points
:			You're right, crossbows stink. Sorry [Player]. I'm already ruining this date, huh?
:	I haven't been in any kind of romance in many years, so I'm just a little rusty. Why don't you take the lead for me?
Player:	All right, what would you do if you found a pile of gold in the forest?
:	That's easy, I'd secure the gold and find the rightful owner. Hold on, that's the boring answer huh? Let me think of something better... I got it! I would buy a boat. Sailing the seas sounds like such an adventure, I can't even imagine what it's like.
Player:		I don't think sailing is very "you." -1 Points
:			Oh? Well if you don't mind, I'll be the judge of what's "me."
Player:		You know, I can definitely see you as a sailor! +2 Points
:			You mean that? It was what I wanted to do when I was a young boy. Before the military became my priority.
:	It's funny, I completely forgot about that until just now. I haven't thought about sailing in many years. Maybe you have a way of getting through to me, [Player].
Player:		Would you leave the military to be a sailor?
Player:		Do you wish you had become a sailor instead of joining the military?
:	No, I don't think so. I'm good at this life, and I make a difference. I help people. At the end of the day, that's what most important to me. Besides, I can become a sailor after I retire from the military.

Marriage

Pre-Ceremony

:	This is the happiest day of my life!
Player:		I can't wait to start our lives together. (This starts the ceremony.)
Player:		I want to meet with our guests a bit longer.

Ceremony

:	Quiet, please! Thank you. Now, let us begin. We gather here in order to celebrate the sacred bond between two radiant beings - [Player] and Nathaniel, our esteemed captain of the Great Army. Today they join together as one and enter into this most intimate commitment. In marriage, they will find comfort and safety as they journey through a life made more beautiful by their love. To our soon-to-be-wed, I say this: make not a bond of love, but let your love carry you as the sea carries a ship, and let your happiness show as clear and visible as a white sail filled with wind. Nathaniel, would you like to say a few words before the exchanging of vows?
:	Ah, I'm never any good at talking while people are watching... Um, this is a beautiful wedding! Truly worthy of my beloved soon-to-be-spouse. I've made it my duty in life to... er, follow my duties. But now, I have a brand new duty! I vow to protect my marriage as I do anything else and to support the love of my life through all hardships, just like what you said, Bernard!
:	Well spoken! So do you, Nathaniel, take [Player] to be your wedded partner?
:	[Player], I know you've had to fight for my attention a little bit. I've put my duty to the service above everything else, but that doesn't mean I'm going to hand you the short end of the stick! Believe me, XX. Whatever it takes, I'll make sure I am as good a husband as I am a captain. And I won't mess either one up, either! My decision is clear... ...I do!
:	And now, [Player], I ask: Do you take Nathaniel to be your wedded partner?
Player:		I do.
:			Nathaniel, [Player], before these witnesses you have pledged to be joined in marriage. With the power granted to me by the officiating office of the Great City, I hereby declare you joined in matrimony. You may now seal this ceremony with a kiss!
Player:		I do not. (This will end the ceremony.)
:			Oh dear! This is ... very, very unfortunate.And awkward! Emmett, quickly... take everything down, get the guests out of here... ((Emmett, quickly! Pour the memory loss potion in the punch bowl... Make sure everyone has a drink before they leave... No one will have to remember a thing...)) ...Oh, um, excuse me, everyone! Let's all have some refreshments before we leave...!

Post-Ceremony

If the player talks to the various NPCs after the main ceremony, they will have different responses congratulating the player on their marriage.

:"It seems like just yesterday I was barging through your door for the first time... Now look at you!"

:"This is such a beautiful wedding, I told myself I wouldn't cry, but..."

:"Congratulations on the marriage. I couldn't imagine standing up in front of everyone and getting married like that."

:"So this is how they celebrate marriage in the Human town... Consider me unimpressed."

:"Hey, good job on getting married. Hope you have lots of happy years together, and all that. So is there going to be any food, or..."

:"This is so different from an Elven wedding... Oh - still nice though!"

:"Oh, [Player]. I'm so happy for you! If you ever need any advice, you know where to go."

:"Fantastic ceremony! The love in the air is practically palpable."

:"Congratulations, congratulations! You make such a cute cute couple, nya!"

:"Emma and Elizabeth weren't too bothersome during the ceremony, were they? They were both so excited, they wouldn't stop fidgeting... Oh, and congratulations!"

:"Watching two of Sun Haven's citizens joined in matrimony is truly heartwarming. Congratulations, [Player]."

:"May your marriage be as beautiful and eternal as the moon!"

:"This is the biggest wedding I've ever been seen. It seems like half the town is here!"

:"W-what? Cry? I can't help it... I always cry at weddings...!"

:"This is the start of a union between you and yours, [Player]. May it be a blessed and happy one."

:"Human ceremonies are so much more practical than Elven ones. It's funny how our cultures differ, even in celebration."

:"That's it? No one is even going to start a fight? Boooring."

:"Is that the end of the ceremony? Hm."

:"What a wonderful ceremony! It's good to have nice things like this to focus on. It's not just a special day for you, you know. The whole town is celebrating."

:"Well, [Player]. Here's to happy years with the person of your dreams."

:"You finally tied the knot, [Player]! I hope you have a happy marriage!"

:"Don't worry about the chairs, I'll gather them all up."

:"Looks like you landed the big fish!"

:"Days like this remind us what it means to be part of a community."

:"The best thing about marriage? Permanent workout partner! Hm, when is the last time Giuseppe joined me on a jog..."

:"Tonya ran a marathon the day after our wedding... I slept in."

:"Farmer! Are you going to have a baby now??"

:"Hello, farmer! Liam told us to say congratulations...... Congratulations!!"

:"Can we play games now?"

:"Do I have to get married like this someday, too?"

:"Here's to many happy years together!"

:	There's no trouble, is there?! No? Okay, good. I felt a funny feeling that lead me here to you, and I was a little worried it was my danger senses tingling. Wait, you came here to wish for children? Heh, I could do that. Out of everything my mom taught me, how to be a good parent was the most important. Are you sure you're ready, [Player]?
Player:	Let's do it.
:		I promise I'll keep our little one safe for as long as I'm able to swing a sword, [Player].
Your wish has been made. The magic of the wish will make your house ready for the new baby! Next time you sleep, the magic's powers will take hold…
Player:	Actually... I'm not ready yet.
:		Well that's a load off of my mind! Let's go, [Player]. We can come back when we're both feeling more ready.
