This page lists the dates and events the player has with Catherine. Each event will be available to the player for one in game hour. If the player misses one of the events they cannot re-do them.

Hangout Event

This event triggers from the cycle 7 dialogue. Catherine will ask the player to show up at her house the following day at 5pm.

:	I hope you don't mind this spot even though it's not very far from home. The flowers and the soft breeze are just so peaceful.
Player:	I'm not surprised you'd choose a spot surrounded by plants!
:	Am I so predictable? Oh well, I guess there are worse things to be.
Player:		I don't mind predictable. +2 Points
:			Good news for me, apparently. I promise that I can be spontaneous, too!
Player:		Predictability is boring. -1 Points
:			I guess that's... good to know.
:	I think I've gotten to know you faster than anyone else in town, [Player]. I feel so open with you. I don't think there's anything I wouldn't tell you about myself at this point. Do you know what I mean?
Player:	You can ask me whatever you want, too.
:	Okay then, do you think living here has changed you?
Player:		Definitely, and for the better. +2 Points
:			Yeah? I've seen it happen to a lot of people that way. I'm glad to see Sun Haven agrees with you. Maybe you'll stick around for a while.
Player:		How do you mean? -1 Points
:			Ah, well I guess that means it hasn't really hit you yet.
:	I know you are Blessed, so I have to wonder... What does magic mean to you, [Player]?
Player:		Magic is a delicate relationship.
Player:		Magic is a powerful responsibility.
:	You think so? I always thought of it like a natural part of the world, just like the river and flowers.
Player:		I don't follow. -1 Points
:			Hm, okay. I guess I'll explain. Magic is just a part of nature, but it's everywhere. It's like having an ocean all around you. I'm surprised you don't get that.
Player:		That's beautiful, Catherine. +2 Points
:			Thanks! I like your take on it, too. Everybody finds their own understanding of magic one way or another, but not many people learn to actually use it. [Player], I'm glad we both share a connection with magic.
:	Well, I'm getting sore from this bench. And I have a cauldron on the fire that needs stirring or it might... well, explode. Are you ready to go?
Player:		Okay, but only so your house doesn't explode. +2 Points

This event triggers from the cycle 9 dialogue. Catherine will ask the player to show up at her house the following day at 5pm.

:	I hope you don't mind all the plants. I love sharing my space with these beautiful leaves!
Player:	Your home is beautiful, Catherine.
:	You think so? Thanks! It takes a lot of upkeep keeping the place clean. I had to cast magic charms on each plant to keep bugs away. And then there's the dirt...
Player:		I can see you made an effort. -1 Points
:			I did... You don't think it's enough?
Player:		You've done a great job keeping the place together. It's impressive! +2 Points
:			Oh, thanks [Player]! I'll admit, I was buzzing around like a bee preparing for tonight. I'm glad it worked out.
:	While I was getting the place ready for you, I was thinking a lot about my family. Having somebody else to clean for reminded me of my dad and mom, how they could barely keep up with the house chores while us kids ran around all over the place.
Player:	Do you miss those days? Being a kid?
:	I don't know if I miss those days as much as the feeling I had back then. You know, the feeling of having a complete home. A big family, meals at the dinner table... That kind of stuff.
Player:		I don't really understand. -1 Points
:			I don't know how to explain such a far-off feeling if you don't already know what I'm talking about.
Player:		I understand exactly what you mean. I've been missing that too. +2 Points
:			I'm glad you know what I'm talking about. It's really hard to describe such a far-off feeling!
:	To be perfectly honest, sometimes I worry that I won't be able to make my home feel whole in that same way. You know, for my own kids. I just want a perfect home for my family.
Player:		I get it - I want the same thing.
Player:		It makes sense you feel this way. I wouldn't let it worry you too much.
:	Oh sheesh, I've been blabbering on and on! I didn't mean to completely hijack the conversation.
Player:		I don't mind! I love hearing you talk. +2 Points
:			Well that's a good thing. I can be quite the talker, sometimes. Maybe we really are good for each other, [Player].
Player:		You're pretty good at that! -1 Points
:			I know that, [Player] - that's what I'm apologizing for. Anyway, thanks for making me feel worse about it.
:	So, [Player]... what do you think? I had a great time with you, again. I really like you. Are we a match?
Player:		We're definitely a match! Catherine, let's be together! +4 Points
:			I would love to be your partner, [Player]! It's getting a little late, and I want to end on a good note. Let's call it a night!
Player:		I don't think so, Catherine. We're good friends, but that's it.! -4 Points

:	Hang out? Right now, with you? Absolutely! I'm sorry if things are a little out of place. I wasn't expecting company, I was in the middle of watering my plants!
Player:	Did I come at a bad time?
:	Oh no no, not at all. I was actually surprised you asked to hang out. Pleasantly surprised.
Player:		(option 1) I'm surprised you agreed!
:			Aw, you shouldn't be. You and I have gotten really close, [Player]. I mean, well... Do you believe in soulmates?
Player:			Soulmates?
:			It's when two people are meant for each other. Their souls are mates, get it? Bonded forever. Fate, destiny.
Player:				(option 1) I think we're soulmates.
Player:				(option 2) Oh, wow! That's romantic.
Player:		(option 2) Why were you so surprised?
:			It's just late, is all. I thought you would have been busy with something. It's not that I'm surprised you wanted to hang out with me... you and I have gotten really close, [Player]. I mean, well... Do you believe in soulmates?
Player:			Like GHOSTS? That sounds spooky...

Player:				(option 1) I think we're soulmates.
Player:				(option 2) Oh, that's not spooky. It's romantic.

Player:	What is it?
atherine smiles, looking at you in a way you haven't seen before. Slowly and deliberately, she leans in and kisses you softly.
:	I wanted to say I love you, [Player]!
You watch Catherine finish up her plant watering, but then decide it's best to leave before it gets too late.

Marriage

Pre-Ceremony

:	This is the happiest day of my life!
Player:		I can't wait to start our lives together. (This starts the ceremony.)
Player:		I want to meet with our guests a bit longer.

Ceremony

:	Quiet, please! Thank you. Now, let us begin. We gather here in order to celebrate the sacred bond between two radiant beings - [Player] and Catherine, our local witch. Today they join together as one and enter into this most intimate commitment. In marriage, they will find comfort and safety as they journey through a life made more beautiful by their love. To our soon-to-be-wed, I say this: make not a bond of love, but let your love carry you as the sea carries a ship, and let your happiness show as clear and visible as a white sail filled with wind. Catherine, would you like to say a few words before the exchanging of vows?
:	I couldn't have pictured a more perfect wedding... And with everyone here! If only my family were here to see this! But there probably wouldn't be enough room for them, hehe... I used to wonder to myself if a potion existed that would grant eternal love... But now I realize that you don't need a potion for something like that! Eternal love comes from the sort of devotion we share for one another.
:	Well spoken! So do you, Catherine, take [Player] to be your wedded partner?
:	[Player], you've been such a good friend to me for so long. Better than any friend I've ever had. I couldn't see myself sharing this moment with anyone else. ...I do!
:	And now, [Player], I ask: Do you take Catherine to be your wedded partner?
Player:		I do.
:			Catherine, [Player], before these witnesses you have pledged to be joined in marriage. With the power granted to me by the officiating office of the Great City, I hereby declare you joined in matrimony. You may now seal this ceremony with a kiss!
Player:		I do not. (This will end the ceremony.)
:			Oh dear! This is ... very, very unfortunate.And awkward! Emmett, quickly... take everything down, get the guests out of here... ((Emmett, quickly! Pour the memory loss potion in the punch bowl... Make sure everyone has a drink before they leave... No one will have to remember a thing...)) ...Oh, um, excuse me, everyone! Let's all have some refreshments before we leave...!

Post-Ceremony

If the player talks to the various NPCs after the main ceremony, they will have different responses congratulating the player on their marriage.

:"It seems like just yesterday I was barging through your door for the first time... Now look at you!"

:"Congratulations on the marriage. I couldn't imagine standing up in front of everyone and getting married like that."

:"So this is how they celebrate marriage in the Human town... Consider me unimpressed."

:"Hey, good job on getting married. Hope you have lots of happy years together, and all that. So is there going to be any food, or..."

:"This is so different from an Elven wedding... Oh - still nice though!"

:"Oh, [Player]. I'm so happy for you! If you ever need any advice, you know where to go."

:"Fantastic ceremony! The love in the air is practically palpable."

:"Congratulations, congratulations! You make such a cute cute couple, nya!"

:"Emma and Elizabeth weren't too bothersome during the ceremony, were they? They were both so excited, they wouldn't stop fidgeting... Oh, and congratulations!"

:"Watching two of Sun Haven's citizens joined in matrimony is truly heartwarming. Congratulations, [Player]."

:"May your marriage be as beautiful and eternal as the moon!"

:"This is the biggest wedding I've ever been seen. It seems like half the town is here!"

:"W-what? Cry? I can't help it... I always cry at weddings...!"

:"Don't worry, I was on alert through the whole ceremony."

:"This is the start of a union between you and yours, [Player]. May it be a blessed and happy one."

:"Human ceremonies are so much more practical than Elven ones. It's funny how our cultures differ, even in celebration."

:"That's it? No one is even going to start a fight? Boooring."

:"Is that the end of the ceremony? Hm."

:"What a wonderful ceremony! It's good to have nice things like this to focus on. It's not just a special day for you, you know. The whole town is celebrating."

:"Well, [Player]. Here's to happy years with the person of your dreams."

:"You finally tied the knot, [Player]! I hope you have a happy marriage!"

:"Don't worry about the chairs, I'll gather them all up."

:"Looks like you landed the big fish!"

:"Days like this remind us what it means to be part of a community."

:"The best thing about marriage? Permanent workout partner! Hm, when is the last time Giuseppe joined me on a jog..."

:"Tonya ran a marathon the day after our wedding... I slept in."

:"Farmer! Are you going to have a baby now??"

:"Hello, farmer! Liam told us to say congratulations...... Congratulations!!"

:"Can we play games now?"

:"Do I have to get married like this someday, too?"

:"Here's to many happy years together!"

:	I was drawn to this place by a feeling in my heart. I'm not surprised to find you waiting for me at a place like this. It was children you wished for, right? I guess it was only a matter of time before we had a kid. Are you sure you're really ready for the responsibility, [Player]?
Player:	Let's do it.
:		This is the start of our family, [Player]! How exciting!
Your wish has been made. The magic of the wish will make your house ready for the new baby! Next time you sleep, the magic's powers will take hold…
Player:	Actually... I'm not ready yet.
:		That's okay. Don't rush into having a kid if you aren't ready for one. Let's take our time.
