Origins of Dynus and Shadows, Book I is the first book in a series of five, related to the origins of Withergate and Dynus. If the player left clicks on the book while it is in their inventory, the book panel will open, allowing the player to read the novel.

There are two other book series similar to this one; Origins of the Grand Tree and Nivara and Origins of Sun Haven and Elios. All are needed for the same museum bundle.

❝ I do not know why the three dragon siblings went their separate ways. Elios and Nivara commune regularly, but the third sibling, a beast of dark shadows and magic, has thus far remained solitary and to his own devices. Does he reject his brother and sister? I know that I shouldn't wonder so much, but after the time I have spent watching the siblings grow I can't help but feel invested in whatever it is they're feeling. The dragon flies far over the land, surveying different possible domains. I am uncertain what it is the dragon is searching for. What is he trying to find? I will continue to observe. ❞
