An especially thick slime of dark, bubbling tar. Fun fact: they produce slime ink, which was ingeniously utilized by Xyla for printing Withergate's ticket currency. Not fun fact: Counterfeiters figured this out years ago.

The Tar Slime is a barn animal that requires  Animal Food every day in order for them to produce an animal product. This barn animal can only be bought in the region of Withergate, however, once purchased the player is able to put it on any of their unlocked farms.

Tar slimes will produce  Slime Ink × 10 when they are happy. If the player has invested in the golden heart skill, the animal has a chance to additionally produce a  Golden Slime Ink.

Each tar slime the player owns counts as 1 barn capacity.
