The Town Hall is a community building located just north of the fountain in the center of Sun Haven. People who backed the kickstarter at a high enough level, have their names engraved upon the various plaques in the Town Hall.
Inside, on the lower level there are two different vendor-stores. Bernard's store requires Community Token 
, which can be obtained doing quests for people around the city. Emmett's stall provides the player with various farm-building upgrades and other helpful barn items.
The upper level holds the office of the Arch-Mage, Lucia.
