Withergate Rooftop Farm
At the top of the Withergate Apartment resides a rooftop farm that allows the player to cultivate Withergate crops. The player is given access to the rooftop farm once they have progressed far enough in the central story line. It is not required for the player to have paid off their apartment prior to being able to use the farm.
When the player first arrives at the rooftop farm, it is covered in trees that drop dead logs. Some of these trees have spiderwebs in them, and they will also drop spooky silk and mushrooms. Similarly to the Sun Haven and Nel'Vari farms, the dead logs can be crafted into planks and other helpful items at the monster crafting table and the silk woven into spooky fabric at the monster loom.
Seeds and Crops
Only certain region specific seeds can be planted in Withergate. Unlike Sun haven and Nel'Vari the player does not buy Withergate seeds at the local general store. Instead, the player will buy these regional seeds from Christine's Seed Stall, located in the southern area of Withergate city.
If the player wants to plant and grow Withergate crops on their Sun Haven farm, they will need to place down a Withergate Totem. If the player wants to plant Sun Haven crops on their Withergate farm, they will need to place down a Sun Haven Totem.
Buildings
Witherage Farm is allowed a set maximum number of buildings on it:
The Withergate farm does not have a placeable barn like the Sun Haven and Nel'Vari farms do. The Sewer Barn will always be in the basement of the apartments rather than on the rooftop. The sewer barn is a building that is related to the Withergate farm but not placed upon it.
Other Farms
The player is given two additional farms, during the main quest line.

Fishing is available in the water tower.
