Dragons Meet lies north of Sun Haven, where the Sun Dragon Elios resides. Going through the East forest into the sandstone mountains will lead you to his domain. Otherwise, for questing, Roza will take the player to speak with Elios, who will bring the player back to the Barracks afterward.
Roza will eventually have the player take the trek themselves once she is needed at the barracks to defend against Withergate's impending darkness.
