Crops
Crops can be harvested by players who planted seeds and tended to them daily until they've become fully ripe. The process of harvesting crops is part of farming and grants Farming .
Daily tending to crops includes watering the crop daily. The player can use a watering can or using the watering spell Rain Cloud, as the game of Sun Haven does not have sprinklers. The player will also need to account for seasonal crop effects. Crop effects do no damage to the player's crop, but if not taken care of that day, will delay the growth of the crop. Each season has a different seasonal hazard, and a different tool can remove the hazard from the crops. Players can put down totems, to reduce the frequency of seasonal hazards, or turn the feature off completely in the options.
If the player has the seasonal pests option on, pests have a chance to destroy any crop that is not protected by a seasonal [[|Scarecrows|scarecrow]]. The player can turn this feature off in the options.
Once a crop is fully grown it will give off a slight glow, signaling to players that they can use their scythe to harvest the crop. When the player tries to harvest a crop with a scythe that hasn't fully grown yet they will receive a message how long the crop needs until it is ready. If the player wants to remove a crop that hasn't grown fully yet they can use their hoe and right click on the crop to remove it.
Harvested crops can either be sold or used in various recipes for crafting and cooking.

Sun Haven Crops
The Sun Haven region has the most crop choices. While all three farming regions allow for crops that can be harvested in all seasons, Sun Haven has additional seeds specific to one or two seasons. Crops of a specific season will wilt, if attempting to grow them in the wrong season. For example, a winter crop like
will die during any other season than winter, but a crop like can grow in either Spring or Summer, and will only wilt during Fall or Winter.Nel'Vari Crops
Nel'Vari crops can grow in any season, on the Nel'Vari Farm. To plant Nel'Vari crops in a different region, the player must use the appropriate regional totem. Nel'Vari seeds can be purchased from the general store.

Withergate Crops
Withergate crops can grow in any season, on the Withergate farm. To plant Withergate crops in a different region, the player must use the appropriate regional totem. Withergate seeds can be purchased from the general store.
