Tomes of Skill is a passive skill that unlocks crafting  Exploration Skill Tome,  Farming Skill Tome,  Combat Skill Tome,  Mining Skill Tome, and  Fishing Skill Tome at the anvil.

This is a multiplayer global skill, which does not stack if more than one player puts points into the skill and will be applied to all players in that world. Global skills will take the highest value of all players on that world. If one player has three points into this skill, while another has one point the game will apply the three point bonus to that world.

There are many skills that when combined together will produce a greater effect than the singular skill alone. This could be to maximize profits, improve various abilities, or quality of life increases.
