The Knight's Shoe
The quest The Knight's Shoe is a quest that has the chance to be available at the Withergate bulletin board anytime after a player has unlocked the Withergate region. To complete this quest the player must pick up the horseshoe from Cayde at the pet shop and deliver it to the Spectral Knight.
The Withergate bulletin board is located North of the apartment building and South of the carnival. Every day the bulletin board will have random tasks that the player can accept and complete in exchange for currency and experience. When a new quest is available, the bulletin board will have a red exclamation point floating above it.

Bulletin Board Description
Ho there! Are there any brave souls willing to bring me a horseshoe? My horse is missing just one shoe! Cayde should already have one ready for pick up. Thank you kindly for your assistance - a delivery fee will be paid upon delivery.

Upon turning in this question, the NPC will say:
