Sneaky Tonic
The quest Sneaky Tonic is a quest that has the chance to be available at the Nel'Vari bulletin board anytime after a player has unlocked the Nel'Vari region. The objective of this quest is to deliver Lucius's illusory tonic to Luke, so he can sneak past some Arcbugs.
The Nel'Vari bulletin board is located on the bridge between the General Store and the Crossbow Store. Every day the bulletin board will have random tasks that the player can accept and complete in exchange for currency and experience. When a new quest is available, the bulletin board will have a red exclamation point floating above it.

- Talk to Lucius to get the Illusory Tonic.

Bulletin Board Description
Lucius said he would get me an illusory tonic to increase my stealth while traveling in the forest. It must really work, because I can't find the guy anywhere. If you find Lucius, please deliver the illusory tonic to me soon!
