Plantkeeping
The quest Plantkeeping is a quest that has the chance to be available at the Withergate bulletin board anytime after a player has unlocked the Withergate region. Cordelia wants a new plant! She is requesting the player bring her one snappy plant to replace the one she forgot to water.
The Withergate bulletin board is located North of the apartment building and South of the carnival. Every day the bulletin board will have random tasks that the player can accept and complete in exchange for currency and experience. When a new quest is available, the bulletin board will have a red exclamation point floating above it.

Bulletin Board Description
I like to use a plant to liven up my chambers, but I've been so busy with official work I've forgotten to water the one I have. For that reason, I am looking for a snappy plant. Just 1 snappy plant, I don't want to have to take care of multiple plants.
