Heavy Handed is a passive skill that increases the amount of damage done while clearing stumps after Woodcutting a tree. The bonus damage applies to both Axes, and the Ethereal Axe spell. This can speed up clearing stumps in order to plant new trees on the Sun Haven Farm.
