Blue Ribbon (in Crime)
The quest Blue Ribbon (in Crime) is a quest that has the chance to be available at the Withergate bulletin board anytime after a player has unlocked the Withergate region. Tony is requesting the player pick up an order of ribbon and deliver it to him.
The Withergate bulletin board is located North of the apartment building and South of the carnival. Every day the bulletin board will have random tasks that the player can accept and complete in exchange for currency and experience. When a new quest is available, the bulletin board will have a red exclamation point floating above it.

- Purchase a ribbon from Withergate Seamstress.
- Turn in to Tony.
