A Stranger in Town

The quest A Stranger in Town is a character quest that begins after the player has found the strange Naga washed up on the beach. He will appear during Summer Year 1 and can be found at any point after. Before the player could learn anything about him, he swam away into the sea. The player should search the beach for him.

Steps
- While on the beach, walk right into the next area.
- Walk into the cave.
Walkthrough
Finding the Cave
From where Kai jumps in the water, head east. The player will see a cave that resembles a snake head. When they get close enough to it they will be prompted:

Entering the Mysterious Cave
Enter the Cave. A cutscene will play:

Maybe not right now, but it will do. I discovered some wreckage further out at sea. When I inspected it, I remembered something. | |||

I was on a ship, at sea. The ship... crashed. ...That's all I remember right now. | |||

For the moment, at least. Tell me, is your Sun Haven a friendly place? | |||

Trivia
- This quest is the first of its kind in the game. Although Vivi and Wesley are also unlocked later in the game, A Stranger in Town is the only quest that directly provides access to a romanceable NPC.
