Waterlogged Helmet (quest)
Waterlogged Helmet is a quest that becomes available at any time, as this quest does not have any requirements. The player will find a helmet in Sun Haven. When the player picks it up, no quest will appear in the quest log. The 
item will be in the players inventory, with the description: "A soldier's helmet, though it's been under the waves for sometime now. Who could have lost it?". The player must then find Pinto and return his item to him.
At certain times in the game, characters will have a 
quest icon above their heads. However, this quest is unique as its not given by an NPC, but the player will get the quest when they pick up the item. Similar to quests given directly by NPCs, this quest is classified as a character quest. Generally these types of quests do not have time-limits, so the player is able to complete them at their leisure.
