The quest Turtle-ly Awesome is a quest that has the chance to be available at the Sun Haven bulletin board anytime after a player has unlocked Miyeon. The objective of this quest is to bring Minji eight balloon fruit.

The Sun Haven bulletin board is located between the General Store and the Farming Store. Every day the bulletin board will have randomly generated tasks that the player can accept and complete in exchange for currency and experience. When a new quest is available, the bulletin board will have a red exclamation point floating above it.

2. Grow eight Balloon Fruit.
3. Turn in to Minji.

Bulletin Board Description

My turtle pets love to eat vegetables, but mother and father say it's hard to find fresh vegetables in the winter. I was reading my father's encyclopedia when I came across a suitable winter crop that will make my turtles happy. Can someone bring me 8 Balloon Fruit? I have a reward to share to whoever aids me.
