Peter's Lure

The quest Peter's Lure is a character quest that has the chance to be available anytime after Year 1 Spring Day 3, once the player has introduced themselves to Peter. Peter is requesting that the player find his lure. Find it and deliver it to him.
At certain times in the game, characters will have a 
quest icon above their heads. These quests are one-time quests given by that NPC. Generally these quests do not have time-limits, so the player is able to complete them at their leisure.

- Find Peter's Lure on the beach.
- Return it to Peter.
