Night Sight
The quest Night Sight is a quest that has the chance to be available at the Nel'Vari bulletin board anytime after a player has unlocked the Nel'Vari region. Opal has an elixir called moonsight potion that is supposed to increase one's sight in darkness. Jarrod is asking the player to retrieve Opal's moonsight potion and deliver it to him.
The Nel'Vari bulletin board is located on the bridge between the General Store and the Crossbow Store. Every day the bulletin board will have random tasks that the player can accept and complete in exchange for currency and experience. When a new quest is available, the bulletin board will have a red exclamation point floating above it.

Bulletin Board Description
Opal has been working on an elixir that she claims will improve my sight in the dark. It's called moonsight potion. I'm skeptical, but I think it's worth a shot. I'll repay anyone who can deliver the potion to me.
