Furniture/Rotatable

Furniture is generally used to decorate the player's home and farm. Many furniture items cannot be rotated. Currently, mostly chairs and couches can be rotated. To rotate, a prompt should appear when placing the item that reads "Press E to Rotate". If the player has changed their keybind for rotating furniture, that key should be pressed instead.
